All rights not expressly granted to you in these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms are reserved and retained by EMI&CO or its publishers, rights holders, or other content providers. No EMI&CO service may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of EMI&CO. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of EMI&CO. without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing EMI&CO. name or trademarks without the express written consent of EMI & CO. You may not misuse EMI&CO. You may use EMI&CO only as permitted by law. The licenses granted by EMI&CO. can terminate if you do not comply with these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms.

Your Personal Information

EMI&CO may share your personal information to perform services such as fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and emails, analyzing customer data, marketing, processing credit card information, investigating fraudulent activity, and providing customer service.

You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via EMI&CO including the submission of product rating and reviews and all other data, profile information, documents, text, software, applications, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials. We will not accept above content from you unless you are a registered user of EMI&CO.

EMI&CO does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults who can purchase products with a credit card or other permitted payment method. EMI&CO reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

Returns and Refunds

EMI & CO does not take returns at this time.

Handmade Items

All scrunchies purchased from EMI & CO are not identical. These are handmade items. This means not every scrunchie will be made from the same material but is created in the same color to the best of our abilities.
