Our Story

Welcome to Emi & Co. Scrunchies—where every scrunchie is more than just an accessory, it’s a little piece of confidence wrapped around your hair! 🎀

We’re a small, family-run business in South Africa, dedicated to handcrafting beautiful, high-quality scrunchies that make you feel effortlessly stylish and empowered.

It all began during the pandemic when my mom handed me her sewing machine. With no experience but a whole lot of determination, I started creating mini and oversized scrunchies from my living room. What began as a simple hobby quickly turned into a passion—and from there, Emi & Co. was born!

We believe scrunchies are more than just a way to tie up your hair—they’re a statement, a finishing touch, and a little reminder that even a messy bun can look fabulous! That’s why every scrunchie is carefully handmade with love, using premium fabrics in a variety of colors, textures, and styles.
