International Shipping Policy

Shipping Method
For international orders, EMI & CO uses DHL Couriers to ship your order via Small Packet International Air (unless a different shipping method is chosen). Delivery times typically range from 8-21 business days, depending on your location.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. However, due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, we have limited our shipping to one day per week. We will process and ship your order in the order it is received, working to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders shipped outside of South Africa may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees determined by your destination country, order value, and contents.

Please note that customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated or shown at checkout. To determine these costs in advance, please check with your country’s customs office before purchasing. Additional fees may need to be paid before or upon delivery.

Lost Packages & Claims
Please be aware that EMI & CO is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out directly to your local carrier for further assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot resend lost packages. We recommend verifying your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase to ensure accurate delivery.
