Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your items, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@emiandco.co.za. We’re happy to assist you and will work with you to resolve any concerns.

Scrunchie Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for online scrunchie orders.

Defective Items
We make every effort to get it right the first time. Each product undergoes multiple quality checks to ensure it meets our high standards. However, if you believe you’ve received a defective item, please contact us at support@emiandco.co.za with your order number and a photo of the product. We’ll happily discuss how we can make it right and ensure your satisfaction.
